My client is a very renowned and rapidly growing cloud-based technology company that deals with Small and Medium Businesses and as a part of their expansion plans are looking to bring onboard an Education Manager to take care of their rapidly growing Asia business.
You will be tasked with executing the region specific strategy in line with the global education strategy and ensuring that the needs of the customers are met with by engaging them in relevant training leading to higher retention rates. Acting as the go to person for Education in Asia, you will work with Marketing and be responsible for creating training content and modules suited to the region, run ongoing webinars and face to face sessions to engage the Asian customers. You will oversee the financial aspects of the education function including management of the budget, resource utilization and external spend.
You will have at least 8 years of proven experience in the education industry with an in-depth understanding of education production techniques and workflows. You will have an extensive background in developing, delivering training courses and an in-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and other training methodologies. You must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in different geographies and be very much at ease with stakeholder management and come with significant experience within sales and channel disciplines.
