Our client is a fast-growing US MNC who is growing their team and capabilities in APAC. They are looking for a Key Account Director, Asia Pacific who will be instrumental in growing their strategic customers in the food industry. In this role, you will develop good understanding of key customer needs to identify new business growth opportunities. You will be the regional lead for key accounts and coordinate with global key account leads and local leads for the development and execution of the growth strategies. This includes building competitive intelligence and leveraging on technical/culinology /sensory capabilities to deliver innovation to solve unmet needs and drive greater customer engagement.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least have at least 10 years of successful track record in value selling and commercial growth within the food industry. An education in Food Science or MBA is preferable as you will need to grasp the technical aspects of the portfolio and work closely with the R&D team. Sharp business acumen to deliver real business impact and growth. Strong project management skills to drive projects to completion and working with multiple stakeholders. Experience influencing at all levels especially senior management.
