Our client is a fast-growing medical player that is owned by a multi-billion-dollar equity firm. They have experienced sustained growth with their best in class products and technologies (which their competitors have tried to replicate but failed). As a business expansion, they are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to deliver superior solutions and value to their customers in the medical device industry.
Covering the SEA region, the Sales Manager will develop new customers and business to meet sales growth objectives, following up on marketing leads generated, promoting products at various exhibitions and identify opportunities in the market. You will closely understand the customer's market and buying cycles and keep updated of competitor activities and delivering exceptional customer service always.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of business development/sales experience to direct clients. You must have a proven track record of selling in the SEA region and high cultural awareness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate across various functions including the global team.
