My client - a huge name in the world of beauty is seeking applications from experienced trainers to come in and take on a Regional Trainer - Travel Retail taking care of SEA.
Reporting in to the Education Manager, you will be responsible for training retail personnel based in airports as well as downtown duty free stores in the region as well as conduct classroom training as needed. You will spend up to 80% of your time on field and handle customer queries and feedback as well as provide on the spot training. You will educate the staff on selling behavior, grooming standards, customer behavior and approach and prepare them on Sales and Service expectations. You will plan and execute seasonal seminars and programs depending on product launch strategy and identify relevant education opportunities and feedback to Education Manager through regular reporting.
You must have a Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in training with a keen eye and a passion for beauty. You must be passionate about selling luxury brands and delivering high touch services with an understanding of retail business with excellent customer service skills and standards. The role requires you to travel up to 70% of the time. Great growth opportunities with a market leader awaits the right candidate.
