Research Application Scientist - Bakery/Dough/Snacks applications

I have partnered with a leading International Food Specialties Business, to help them identify a suitable candidate for an Application Scientist role in Singapore.

Reporting to the Regional Technical Director, the ideal candidate will be in charge of leading the application solutions within the Bakery and Snacks domain mainly covering technical delivery for customers, customer presentations & training, maintaining trial records and developing SOP's.

Requirements

- Degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
- 5 to 10 years of experience of related working experience in Food technology & applications within bakery, snacks or any dough related applications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
