Restaurant Operations Manager - International F&B Business

I am currently working on an exciting mandate with a leading International F&B Business who are currently looking to hire an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager for one of their well known outlets in Singapore.

Reporting to the Country Manager, this role will be responsible for all day to day operations, cost controls, staffing management, revenue growth, expenses along with Financial goal management (monthly, quarterly and annual). It's a role that offers an excellent platform for ownership of the outlet operations aiming to maintain excellent guest service and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in F&B Industry
  • Good Solid knowledge in F&B Business Operations and Staff Management
  • Proven leadership experience
