Our client is a leading retailer of gourmet foods and wines, which strives to hunt for the best from all over the world, and they are looking to hire a Retail Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute marketing strategies, both short and long term, so as to maintain the organization's success in the industry
- Manage relationships with media vendors to enhance media exposure of the company
- Take the lead on the development and implementation of marketing plans for the opening of new outlet
- Actively conduct research on the market, competitors as well as market trends
- Analyze and understand consumer buying trends, attitude and behavior in order to enhance competitive advantages
- Drive customer satisfaction and service quality
- Tend to customer feedback and implement improvement plans with Retail Managers where necessary
- Implement and execute customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer growth, customer loyalty and also manage the customer rewards program
- Organize campaigns to support sales activities and promotions
Job Requirements
- A Degree-holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in retail marketing & communications
- High level of independence, creativity, and proactivity
- Strong understanding on the hospitality and F&B industries ? both from a trade and consumer aspect
- Excellent communications, interpersonal as well as people management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a good eye for aesthetics
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm
