This role as a Sales Capability Development Manager will be strategic partner to the commercial unit consisting of over 200 sales staff. You will play a lead role in assessing training needs and enhancing effectiveness through developing, implementing, and delivering suitable learning programs. This includes coaching, motivating, and optimizing talent in the team and leading initiatives such as awards and development centers.
In addition, you will evaluate the level of quality by external training providers and ensure you build strong relationships with them and an objective vendor selection process. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of relevant experience including commercial sales, sales training and development experience from the consumer goods industry. If you are certified ACTA or equivalent, that is a huge plus. Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to act as an internal consultant to stakeholders.
