My client is a name that is known for their innovative solutions in the healthcare space and as a part of their expansion plans are looking to bring on board a Channel Sales Manager to manage the local market.
Reporting into a Channel Director, you will further lead the expansion of the distribution network in the country with an aim grow to look into a regional role taking care of a much larger regional market. You will lead the existing distribution and ensure that there is increased wallet share and at the same time be tasked with identifying potential new distribution partners and develop sales in line with budget, new business, portfolio and growth requirements. You will be tasked with facilitating product training for all commercial partners on all new products and ensure that the updates to the products are also communicated well to the existing customers.
You will have a degree in Business or a related field with at least 5 years of sales and channel management experience in the healthcare/ medical/ pharma field. You will be a strong communicator with a great commercial acumen and negotiation skills and experience having successfully worked in environment that are dynamic and fast paced.
