Our client is one of the largest growing serviced residence businesses and they are seeking a Sales Manager. This role would sit within an extraordinary sales team that focuses heavily on achieving sales targets, and increasing revenue and profit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to align with the organisation's direction and growth
- Maintain existing business accounts and develop new accounts through creative channels and marketing programs
- Negotiate contracts with major corporate accounts
- Present sales pitches to prospective clients
- Be the face of the organization at promotional events and trade shows
- Work closely with the Revenue Management and Global Sales functions
- Conduct benchmarks and market analysis
Job Requirements
The successful candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or an equivalent. You would also come with at least 3-6 years of working experience within the hospitality industry.
You would come with an outgoing personality and character, and have utmost confidence when performing sales pitches to prospects. You would be an excellent team player and have excellent organizational skills.
