Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead process initiatives
- Participate actively in product and process design development/characterization activities with internal/external teams to meet project schedule and yield expectation.
- Work with cross functional teams on structure design to establish a manufactuable process flow for optimized cost and quality
- Ensure new product meet schedule and gain approval for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM)
- Effectively plan, organize and control production work force and material resource to meet KPI's
- Initiate / lead productive and cost saving projects contributing to KPI such as implementing improvements to the production process / cost control program
- Responsible for overall people management and development, and manage production budget
- Lead Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) team for weekly ORT activities
- Facilitate team on root cause identification and ensure correction action implementation
Pre-requisites:
- Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Material Engineering or related
- 10 years of experience in a process role within Manufacturing or Semiconductor industry
- Managerial experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Familiar with process improvement tools
