One of Singapore's most recognizable companies seeks a Senior Admin Assistant to support the HR department on a 6 month contract basis.
About the role:
- Manage the benefits program for new employees
- Prepare reports for the benefits and sustainability teams
- Provide ad-hoc support to the HR team
- Work with the HR Executive on the group business travel system
- Submit reports to the insurance provider
- Handle staff queries regarding insurance claims
- Send year end reminders to employees regarding outstanding claims
- 2 years experience in a similar field
- Experience in Benefits is an advantage
- A GCE or Diploma holder
- The ability to work well within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
