My client is a world leader in the R&D and manufacturing of complex equipment and now seek an experienced engineer focusing on algorithms and code optimization
Requirements:
- Assume prime responsibility to optimize production algorithm functions run on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Work very closely with algorithm engineers to understand the need and basic info of the existing algorithm functions
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and make sure resources are optimized
- Review codes of all completed projects and find chances to optimize to make it run faster, ensuring it requires less computer resources
Requirements:
- PhD or Maters in CS, EE with strong experience in algorithm optimization is preferred.
- Knowledge in C/C++, OOD/OOP, ipp/MKL libraries, SIMD (SSE/AVX), GPU etc.
- Solid experience in code optimization, code flow/software structure optimization
- Experience with algorithm development, distributed computing, parallel computing will be a plus
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
