We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications Senior Executive in the retail sector for a leading real estate organization. Your aim will be to work closely with the various mall tenants, contractors, ad agencies, media and event companies to come up with fresh and creative campaigns/projects and events to increase shopper traffic and tenants' GTO. You will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and planning of all advertising and promotional activities as well as manage the social and digital media platforms. You will enjoy engaging with the media and being involved in PR activities, and leverage on the strong relationships you have with the retailers, stakeholders and agencies.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- At least 3-4 years' experience working in a retail mall environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Creative, innovative and motivated
- Entrepreneurial spirit and independent, ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
