Our client is looking for a self starter to strategically lead the insight and planning agenda for the asia pacific, middle east and Africa region identifying opportunities to grow the business by analysing market and consumer data. You will play a highly visible role in driving the innovation strategy for them through sharp insights about the market, shoppers and customers and creating a pipeline of product and commercial initiatives. You will also deliver spend optimization insights from marketing mix and support long term growth strategy and build insights capabilities internally.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 7 years of experience in research & analytics with a research company or in house with a consumer brand with hands on experience in both qualitative and quantitive methods and proficient in the technical knowledge of research methodologies. High level of collaboration with high cultural awareness of the various markets and working with both internal stakeholders including commercial, R&D, finance as well as external agencies to create new product ideas. Familiarity working with data from Nielsen is a plus.
