My client is a world renowned FMCG company in the alcohol trade and they are looking to bring on board an experienced Trade Marketer from a large MNC to come lead a team of marketers.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing team and be tasked with developing, implementing and assessing programs to effectively market to consumers through the retailers. You will be responsible for coming up with brand, audience and account specific strategies with a focus to optimize the ROI on campaigns executed. You will act as an advisor and lead strategy, planning, activation and evaluation for the assigned channel and be responsible for the monitoring the trade marketing spend and execution standards. You will work closely with the consumer planner and channel segment manager to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance and be responsible for trade marketing/ category management process and solutions with external and internal customers to grow the categories.
You will have a Degree in business or marketing with at least 6-8 years of trade marketing, marketing, field sales or sales management experience in a large FMCG MNC. You will have a proven track record in analysis of business problems and developing solutions, market segmentation and financial analysis.
