A professional IT service company is looking for an energetic candidate to take command of the service desk.

The Service Desk Officer will be the primary point of contact to attend and resolve all customer queries. The queries can be in the form of call, email, online or digital platform. You will be given necessary training and support through the initial stage. Although resolving customer query will be your top priority, company policy and procedure must always be adhered.
Officer with a past call-center environment might be helpful, however this is not mandatory as adequate training will be provided. If you can speak in English and in Chinese, it will be advantageous while dealing with customer queries.
