SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Medical Device market leader is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Manager to oversee the APAC Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly statistical reports and solutions to VP regarding covering cost, risk mitigation, inventory levels, parts quality and lead time performance
- Implement end-to-end Supply Chain optimization strategies including product lifecycle, logistic network and new supplier contracts
- Negotiate best possible prices and delivery terms with suppliers aligned with the organization's needs
- Accurately monitor key components POs and deliveries to ensure timely product release
- Constantly communicate with Category Leaders, Logistic Manager and Production Supervisors to detect areas of improvement
- Standarized procedures across Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning and Logistics Areas
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree in Business or Engineering from a reputable University
- At least 5 years of experience Managing teams of Purchasing executives
- Previous experience working in global branded and fast-paced organizations
- Proven record implementing cost reduction strategies
- Certified APICS or ISM / PMP
- Travel required to conduct supplier audits
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with overseas vendors
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work with interdisciplinary and diverse teams
