You will...
- Be responsible for month-end closing for finished goods (FG) of two production plants
- Responsible for monthly distribution reporting for two production plants
- Responsible for incident on and off site investigation and report closure
- Ensure monthly inventory (TBR) check is completed and communicated to Operations
- Liaise with operations and warehouses for materials from warehouses
- Liaise with procurement on purchase of goods or services whenever required
- Accountable for quarterly cycle count at warehouses
- Responsible for Safety Improvement and Implementation based on Safety Incident and Audits
- Responsible for annual budgeting for finished goods
- Accountable for month-end accrual for warehouses or external services engaged by SC
- Accountable for Annual Assessment of external service providers
- Manage inventory and provide monthly updates
- Ensure order fulfilment activities and orders are executed in a timely manner
- Communicate with the logistics team on vessel bookings
- Handle customers' logistics related complaints investigation and implement corrective actions
- Be responsible for projects & act as the main contact for all projects initiated locally/regionally/globally
You should...
- Possess a Degree (in any specialization)
- Have at least 3 - 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Be proficient in SAP
- Be a keen learner who works well independently & in a team
