TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE FOR GLOBAL FMCG CLIENT IN SINGAPORE $3500-$4000 X 13 MONTHS

VOLT, Singapore are looking for an experienced and capable Talent Acquisition Executive to support the Hiring needs of this Global brand based in Singapore.

Report remotely to a small and friendly team, this role will be hire Junior to Mid-Level vacancies in Singapore for Sales and Distribution.

This person will need be approachable, smart and able to manage Senior Stakeholders effectively and think on their feet whilst being an exceptional team player

Qualification:

  • Good knowledge of HR core functions (Recruitment and selection)
  • A proven in-house and /or agency recruitment experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment of candidates for roles at all levels across the various business teams
  • Should be able to work very closely with the remote TA team
  • Highly passionate about Recruitment and able to work independently in fast paced environment
  • Systematic and meticulous in approach, Performance-driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and with minimum supervision
  • Strategic thinking with exceptional data analysis skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Striving for ways to add value by partnering with businesses to understand & help support their imperatives
  • Play a vital role in connecting with the HRBPs to understand manpower planning to ensure proactive sourcing are planned for all levels
  • Execute recruitment strategies through various sourcing techniques
  • Manage high volume of open vacancies from to end to end in a fast-paced environment

Recruitment for all job level & categories:

  • Execute recruitment strategies through various sourcing techniques
  • To ensure recruitment turnaround time is kept within target
  • Be the first point of contact and work closely with HRBPs throughout the recruitment process, keeping them updated in timely manner on all hiring requirements
  • Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates
  • Manage the client relationship with various business unit stakeholders & HRBPs to understand the business goals and anticipate the companywide talent needs
  • Monitor current and forecast recruitment needs
  • Perform the full-lifecycle recruitment process and ensure that this is carried out in accordance with SOPs

Operational:

  • Design and implement proactive sourcing services for a mix of roles up to top level
  • Create Passive candidate marketing plans that drive successful recruiting outcomes while ensuring diverse candidate slates
  • Use various sourcing channels to attract talent leveraging search tools, job boards, Boolean searches and social media
  • Screening & shortlisting candidates, making recommendations to HRBP and providing professional and timely feedback to employees
  • Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guideline and audit requirement
  • Deliver exceptional candidates slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruiting methodologies
  • Reactively recruit but able to identify potential talent and arrange value-add exploratory interviews
  • Operating at a both detailed and high level - able to view issues strategically, tactically and operationally
  • Help the organisations' diversity strategy to attract diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles
  • Work cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet overall business recruiting goals
  • Managing the offer process for external & internal candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development
  • Proactively manage qualified candidates to engage them in future or current job opportunities
  • Ensuring strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle

Employer Branding

  • Promote positive external relations and develop/maintain contacts to promote the products and employment brand.
  • Participate in employment events such as career fairs and promote the Company as an Employer of Choice.

Orientation & Onboarding:

  • Making sure all documents and forms are filled and filed accordingly on the first day.
  • Communication to both employee and manager, presenter are sent on timely manner.
  • Administration of the evaluation of the program and speakers to make sure impactful

Monthly Statistics Reports

  • Monthly recruitment update to HRBP Commercial
  • Hiring tracker (update on operations/ Gender/ Race)
