VOLT Singapore are looking for a talented and proven IT & Technology Recruiter for a role based in Central Singapore close to an MRT in modern offices
This person can come from Agency or In-house and should be used to high volume and fast turn-around time whilst managing sometimes challenging stakeholders.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director within a lean function, this person will need to be able to source for niche roles and have exposure or be open to hiring for Singapore, Taiwan and China markets. Due to the close working relationships with the regional locations, this person needs a fluent Mandarin speaker.
If you are from a Technology Manufacturing MNC, this would be a good fit, as the learning curve may be less steep, however this role needs someone who is hungry to learn and has an inquisitive nature.
This role will also need someone who has the versatility to also hire for the corporate functions as and when the need arises, however the team is stable and should amount to about 10%
