APAC- Regional Technical Manager - Savory Applications
I have partnered with a leading International Food Specialties Business, to help them identify a suitable candidate for a Tam lead role in Singapore.
Reporting to the Regional Technical Director, the ideal candidate will be in charge of leading the Development of Savory based applications covering new product development & applications, recipe creations, technical support, new innovations, Flavors Translation and to lead the regional projects.
It's a permanent that offers an excellent remenuration package a chance to grab a leadership role. The role requires travelling depending on the projects that are in the pipeline.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science/Nutrition/Chemical/ Chemistry or any equivalent discipline
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Savory Applications
- Knowledge in Meat applications will be a huge advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
