UX Specialist
Job scope:
- Manage and conduct user research and concept development
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Research customer personas and investigate customer behavior
- Lead the users throughout the process of proposing, wireframing, and implementing UX improvements
- Strong visual design skills to supplement the customer experience mindset
- Understand the basic tenets of interactive and user experience design and how to apply them to complex systems
- Work closely with data and product management teams to identify research target and experience opportunities / gaps, as well as to determine post launch success metrics and use the data to suggest improvements.
- Work with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing
- Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods
- Build a consistent experience for customers across our different lines of business in order to produce broad reaching effects enterprise wide
Requirement
- BA degree
- 5 years of experience as UX Research Specialist or similar role
- Data-driven
- Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data
- In-depth understanding of UI design
- Experience with conducting user research
- Experience with qualitative and user-cantered design methodologies
- Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
