My client is a well-funded start up in the restaurant technology space and as a part of their expansion plans are looking to bring on board a Customer Success Partner to be based in their Kuala Lumpur office.
You will be responsible for developing opportunities within existing accounts through effective account management and setting account specific strategies that would deliver optimum results in these accounts. You will operate as the point of contact for the accounts responsible and generate sales amongst the existing through effective sales strategies. You will be tasked with servicing multiple client accounts at the same time and manage projects within timelines. You must be comfortable working with data, draw and share the insights derived with the stakeholders and conceptualize strategies to grow the market further.
You will have a Degree in any discipline with at least 4-5 years of experience in managing large accounts across Malaysia in F&B, SaaS or B2B value added IT solutions. You must have proven experience in building and nurturing effective C- level relationships. You must be an analytical independent self-starter with a strong commercial acumen in order to succeed in this role. Great growth opportunities await the right candidate.
