- Senior - well rounded Data Services Manager sought, to execute and build a range of data strategy, solutions and tools for multiple markets
- Global scope with leading European MNC, spearheading a data driven culture
Key Responsibilities
Improving efficiency and productivity of Sales and Marketing function and global digitalization strategy for Sales and Marketing functions in key markets, globally
Customize and implement, data solutions framework and strategy from data reporting, data analysis and data science, from global directive, ensuring that they are implement and executed in local markets
Locally integrate global solutions and ensure operationally effective by understanding the sales and marketing function locally and looking at solutions to improve and fill gaps based around, what data generated, what's the quality, governance, what's missing
Managing a team of 4-5 Data Service Analysts
Must have experience and personal profile
Well-rounded data professional, with 8-10 years' commercial experience in total, working with complex and distributed data
Strong experience in Data Management and understands this well
Must have 2 out of the following 3 with fundamental knowledge and hands on experience across, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Data Science - in order of preference
English communication skills to the level that can be assertive in an international environment
Start-up mentality - can deal with ambiguity and sees it as an immense opportunity
