My client is looking for an outstanding HR Manager to oversee this lean function within an MNC environment.
This role will manage 2 x HR Execs and 1 x Administrator.
This organization has growth plans for the next year and is keen to get this replacement HR Manager into the team asap.
This person should have superb full spectrum HR exposure and be keen to work in a highly operational and hands on environment, but with the freedom to implement changes and make a positive difference to the overall culture of the team and Singapore site as a whole.
Singapore has been established the regional office for this Global brand and has a headcount of 150 currently.
To support the forthcoming growth, the company is seeking a proven and capable individual who can take this team to the next level.
You should be well versed in C&B, Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, On-boarding and off-boarding processes, Employee Engagement and be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.
