Project Manager - HRIS (SuccessFactors/Employee Central) - 2-year contract
- Leading organization with presence across Asia Pacific.
- Opportunity to lead large size projects across APAC.
- 2-Year direct contract with end-user organization with 1-month completion bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global roll out projects on the implementation of HRIS system for Asia Pacific
- Assist HR Team members on project implementation, development and align with global direction.
- Recommend process improvements based on system functionality and company policies.
- Provide technical support and security administration for the system and ensure smooth operation.
- Create test scenarios and assist project team members to perform tests.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS system, ideally experience with SuccessFactors, Employee Central.
- Experience in full cycle of project implementation for HRIS system from planning until go-live support.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of HR functions and processes and strategies.
- Experience with different modules in SuccessFactors is added advantage.
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
