Scope
- My Client is looking for motivated and creative individuals with a passion for making a difference. You will be part of the team to conceptualize, develop and drive innovation projects to enhance operations and/or customer experience.
- Specifically, you will be leveraging on technology and business innovations to enhance passenger experience or improve the way they work within Group.
- You will also be part of the team to develop processes, networks and partnerships to enable innovation across Group.
- You will be involved in project-based work that includes working across various divisions within group, and with external organizations.
Requirements:
- Good Degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Possess tenacity and nimbleness in tackling issues/problems
- Possess strong relationship skills to be able to engage colleagues across different units
- Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) or digitalization/data analytics would be advantageous
