Responsibilities:
* Assess New Product Development and be responsible for successful scale up and first production in Singapore through product/ process optimization
* Provide accurate mixing instructions to production while providing daily support
* Lead and document investigations on quality deviations, customer complaints, manufacturing deviations
* Keep Production operators aware on product and process safety
* Interface between Research and Technology, Supply Chain and other stakeholders
* Subject matter expert on the production technologies and formulation
* Execute qualification/ validation of new processes and equipment
Pre-requisites:
* Degree in Chemical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
* Proficiency with MS office and manufacturing systems
* Preferably with experience in Lean/ Six Sigma Improvement
