My client is one of the fastest growing data driven Fintech's in the region and as a result of their growth are currently looking for an experienced Regional Partner Development Manager to come join their team.
You will be tasked with identifying and acquiring new partners (SI's and reseller) and ensure that the sales and distribution targets are met with. You will work closely with the partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities and also expand the reach and visibility of the company's platform solutions offerings in the market. You will also work closely them in the development and delivery of sales, technical and solutions training to ensure partner stakeholders are well equipped and fully updated on the product offerings to effectively market, position and sell it as an integrated solution.
You will have a Degree or a Masters in IT, Engineering or Business with at least 10 years of enterprise software/ IT sales, partnership and channels/alliance experience with SEA exposure. You must have a proven track record of successfully managing partners in achieving and overachieving sales quota. You must be an independent self-starter with strong leadership, teamwork skills with a proven ability to successfully position new disruptive solutions and manage complex sales cycles.
