Singapore's leading property management company is looking for self-starter, who has demonstrated efficient customer service and meticulous data management skills.
This is a 2 year contract, and the main responsibility of the Sales Executive in the Global Sales Team is to
- Provide sales administrative support to the sales team and managing the global database: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Global Distribution System (GDS) and Third-Party Online Channels etc.
- Handle global account contracts, monitor rate discipline globally and ensure compliance to Sales & Marketing policies and procedures
- Review rates requests and 2020 pricing for properties.
- Handle sales related functions e.g. generation of agreements, review rates waiver, monthly reporting, etc.
- Perform Admin duties such as filing, data updating, generating of agreements, etc.
A recognized Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant sales or reservations experience would be advantageous. Experience in Property Management System (PMS), GDS and CRM systems will be beneficial.
