Salesforce Solution Architect - Perm/End-user
A leading organization in the Financial Services industry with their presence globally and strong team focusing on IT digitalization and innovation is looking for a Solution Architect in Salesforce.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Act as Subject-Matter-Expect (SME) for Salesforce solutions.
- Participate with different business units to promote on best innovative solutions to enhance on platform's operation and cost effectiveness.
- Requirements gathering, provide best practice and framework and documentation processes.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill business requirements.
- Involve in functional testing to ensure delivery and smooth operations.
- Handle system operations and acting as escalated point of contact for incidents.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing or act as Solution architect for Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- Technical and functional expertise in Salesforce.com Platform including building applications, integration, etc.
- Experience with Agile methodology and integration tools including ETL, Informatica Cloud, etc.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills to work with 3rd parties and across business units.
- Strong problem-solving skill and communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
