SAP RE-FX Senior Executive, Enterprise System Management (1 Year Direct Contract)
Job responsibilities:
- Assists to update the Process blueprints, Technical & Functional specifications, training materials for the process area across the organization in support of the Global Process Lead
- Serves as an interface between the business and the IT COE to interpret and clarify the business needs
- Conducts SIT and UAT for functional system changes with business users, as well as assists in system configuration and data preparation for on-boarding and divestment of properties
- Implements processes in collaboration with IT COE and ensures compliance with all process-related standards
- Addresses user queries on process and data compliance, performance and quality for the process area as per agreed KPIs
- Generates management reports measuring performance KPIs
- Supports and facilitates training sessions to improve staff performance capability in process area
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accountancy, Business Administration or ERP.
- At least 5 years of working experience in SAP RE-FX consulting, implementation and/or system support roles.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP FICO (AR & GL), commercial real estate leasing, shopping mall operations, office leasing, tenant billing/AR/tax, ITSM and/or business process engineering is advantageous.
- Self-motivated team player with strong analytical thinking skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with both local and overseas counterparts
