My client is one of the largest hotel groups in the world and are going through a period of rapid expansion. They now seek an experienced M&E Project Consultant to join them
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility to consult M&E projects, design review across all properties in Asia Pacific
- Support hotels to review feasibility studies on specific hotel related engineering projects.
- Recommend innovative engineering solutions to hotels.
- Conduct site inspections and report on progress, including areas of concern related to the mechanical and electrical installation
- Work with internal departments (facilities, property management, legal, hotel operations, F&B) and external partners (consultants, suppliers and authorities) to ensure comprehensive review of all user requirements and proper completion of all contractual and other legal documentation prior to work commencement
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of technical & project management experience in consulting firms covering hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge in technical design & hotel operating requirement
- Regional experience will be a plus
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Travel of about 40-50%
