Job Description
- Manage P&L for assigned countries, delivery sales and demonstrate leadership and management for local team
- Participate in the annual budgeting exercise
- Develop long term strategy for product and services portfolio
- Manage and oversees implementation of business development and sales plan
- Demonstrate strong leadership, management, coaching and development of local team
Key Requirements
- Process university degree, MBA will be advantageous
- Minimum 8 years of people management and 10 years of sales experience
- Proven solid track record
- Regional traveling
